A politician accused of fraud seeks refuge in a remote and practically abandoned hotel he owns. He summons his family - his wife and his two children - to the hotel to decide on their future, and requests help from his friends. However, the friends deny the disgraced politician help. After a while, even his family abandons him, and his son strips him of his wealth, leaving the politician with very few options
